When you close a transaction, the brokerage is paid $350. That's it! A one-time, low flat fee per transaction. Most brokerages keep 20%-50% of your commission. At UBRE & Assoc. we believe you should hold onto your money!
No desk fees or monthly fees
Each agent is responsible for their own website, email and technology. Agents can use our McKinney office for $35/hour when they need to. Agents can also meet clients to sign papers or exchange documents at several of our favorite title companies across DFW for FREE!
On call Broker here to help
All brand new agents have free on-boarding including MLS training, lead generation methods, marketing materials creation and social media strategies. The Broker is always on call for questions from agents.
